Job description

In your function you will be responsible to effectively and efficiently plan our services production, staff and equipment for Aquatics international events, according to the scope of service and budget agreed. In this context, you plan the services production preparation and collaborate with sports solutions manager for the flawless delivery of our technology services and for the integration of new technology systems.

In addition, you proactively liaise with customers and stakeholders to anticipate and understand expectations/competition trends. In operations, you act as a team leader to review production effectiveness and procedures. Finally, you apply the Sports Services Production quality assurance processes, policies and procedures, and manage necessary corrective or improving actions.

Profile

You hold a technical degree in IT or in electronic, completed by a certification in project management. You benefit from a strong sports industry and technology expertise, as well as a previous experience in this field.

Analytical, your mindset is one of continuous improvement. Service and solution oriented, team leader and open minded, you also have a “make it happen” attitude towards your internal or external clients. You are structured, systematic and organized in your way of working and are consistently focused on effectiveness and efficiency.

Flexible, you are available to travel 50% of your time. You are optimistic, motivating and visionary.
